Delivery Policy

1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

TickLearn (operated by Albakio) is an online education platform. All products and subscriptions are digital and are delivered electronically over the internet. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping or delivery charges apply.

2. How Your Subscription Is Delivered

Once your payment is approved, the content covered by your plan — subjects, chapters, videos, notes and quizzes — is unlocked in your account, and students enrolled by a school get access through the school’s plan. You use everything online by signing in at our website; nothing is mailed or physically delivered.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Because every payment is checked and approved by our team before access opens, there is a short review step after you pay. Approval usually happens within 12 hours, and often much sooner. The moment it is approved, your dashboard unlocks on its own — you do not need to do anything further. Until then you’ll see a “payment under review” status.

4. What You Need to Access the Service

Because delivery is electronic, you will need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You access the Service by logging in with the email and password associated with your TickLearn account.

5. Problems With Access

If your payment has been approved but you are unable to access the content you purchased, please contact our support team and we will help resolve it. Where we are unable to deliver access you have paid for, our Refund Policy applies.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Delivery Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above.
