Refund Policy

1. Overview
TickLearn is an online education service operated by Albakio. Its courses, videos, notes and quizzes are sold as a subscription — usually bought by a principal or school to cover a number of student seats, and sometimes by an individual student. This policy explains when we can refund a subscription payment, how to ask for one, and how long it takes. It works alongside our Terms of Service.
2. How Payments Work
Every payment is reviewed and approved by our team before access is unlocked, so you are only charged for a plan whose details — the price, duration and student-seat limit — were shown to you before you paid. Once approved, access runs for the plan’s duration and ends when it expires.
3. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were charged more than once for the same subscription, or charged in error.
- Service not delivered — your payment was completed but access to the paid plan was not activated within a reasonable time and our team is unable to resolve it.
- Persistent technical issue — a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the content you paid for, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Because TickLearn delivers digital content that can be accessed immediately, refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
- You have already substantially accessed or consumed the content of the plan.
- Change of mind after access to the content has been granted.
- The remaining (unused) portion of a plan that is otherwise working as described.
- A plan that has already expired.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge with the following details:
- The email address on your TickLearn account.
- The plan purchased and the date and amount of the payment.
- The reason for your refund request.

6. How Refunds Are Processed
We review each request and will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it typically takes 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
